The ZCCQ Club Executive & Committee hold a General Club Meeting on the last Thursday of each month from January through to November. In addition the ZCCQ Annual General Meeting is held in November. All current Financial Members are encouraged join this "formal meeting" where matters relating to the running of the club can be fully discussed by those attending, and this gives a direction for the Executive & Committee to follow. It is during these General Meetings that important decisions relating to club events and or club expenditure, can be put forward and voted upon, so attendance by members results in a good management [...]
